Should you wish to return or exchange an item, this may be accommodated under the following circumstances:

• An incorrect item was dispatched

• The item arrived damaged or in a spoiled condition

• The item was not prepared as specified (e.g., whole beans were provided instead of ground coffee, as requested)

• The item was delivered with a best-before date that is imminent or has already passed

• The weight or quantity of the product received does not match the order placed

Bean Addiction is committed to resolving any issues arising from errors on our part and will take the necessary steps to rectify such matters promptly.

Please note, however, that if the incorrect item or product was selected at the time of purchase by the customer, Bean Addiction reserves the right to decline a return, exchange, or refund in such instances.
