This particular coffee grows at an altitude of 1000 – 1900 metres above sea level in good deep volcanic ash soil. The coffee cherry is wet processed and dried naturally in the sun. This has a magnificent taste of lovely berry notes with chocolate overtones. This is a very classy single origin that makes a brilliant espresso; Inzá is bringing with it those juicy cherry notes and candy sweetness
